About the author

Pamela Westland has written over 100 books on subjects ranging from gardening, flower arranging, cookery, wild flowers and travelling in rural Greece. Before leaving London to work full-time as a freelance and tend to her 14th Century Essex farmhouse, with its rambling garden, natural streams and waterfalls, Pamela worked on several gardening and women’s magazines.
