At the heart of New Ground Landscapes is the passion to design, build and maintain gardens of the highest quality. From a small urban courtyard to a large rural garden, our dedicated teams, will create the ultimate space you desire. By listening to clients and by working in tune with nature, we can meet all briefs – and expectations.

New Ground Landscapes was formed at the beginning of 2008; previously the company had been run as Adam Frost Landscapes. But as the business has developed, so too did the need for a new name to reflect the expanded corporate outlook. The key values of craftsmanship, quality schemes and a love of working outdoors still remain; as does a shared sense of enthusiasm amongst the team to give the highest level of customer satisfaction.

New Ground Landscapes offers clients a three-stop garden service under one company name. Whether it is garden design, construction or ongoing maintenance, the team of landscapers and designers at New Ground Landscapes can offer a wealth of experience to suit your garden requirements.

Behind the scenes are the people who will tailor each project to your needs. These directors are supported by a talented team of permanent staff, and supplementary landscapers as required.

Landscapes manager: Richard Penfold: Having been in the landscaping industry for nearly 20 years, Richard is responsible for ensuring all work is built according to the design; he puts the plans into practice. He originally worked with Adam Frost at Barnsdale Gardens, before joining the company ten years ago.

Operations manager: John Grayson As operations manager, John oversees the pricing, client liaison and general scoping of projects. In addition, he helps coordinate the team of landscapers creating New Ground Landscapes’ schemes. He joined the company in 2004.

Managing director: Sulina Frost Sulina’s role includes finance, marketing, personel and liaising with clients. Prior to this job, she was a manager at John Lewis, Peterborough and has also worked in the financial services industry.

Construction:

Making sure the garden is made exactly how you want it – and as you have agreed with the team at New Ground Landscapes – is an exciting, but often nerve-wracking part of the process. Our experienced team can create the landscaper you require – whether you are a private client, a garden designer or a commercial developer. From sloping sites to tiny urban gardens; from water courses to woodlands; and from sculptures to bespoke furniture, we can build whatever you need.
