A courtyard garden currently under construction for a barn conversion in Cranleigh, Surrey. The client asked for a design that they would be able to implement themselves, incorporating an existing brick feature and using predominantly hard landscaping materials recovered from the site of the old barn.

Requirements: Area for dining out and entertaining. Water feature. Shady area to sit. Separate area for adults to relax. Planting to have year round interest.
