If you’ve got a garden, you’re going to be digging – so make sure you’ve got the best garden spade for the job. Stainless steel slices through the earth easily and we’ve found some spades with an extra coating to protect against rust and scratches. We also know that some spades are just too heavy – so we’ve picked out a few lightweight models, aimed at women gardeners and anyone with a little less strength in their arms. Some models have a soft grip for that extra bit of comfort – and we’ve even found one in pink. We’re pretty sure we’ve covered all the angles!
