New members to RSPB get a choice of two lovely joining gifts:
Adult and Family memberships can choose between the RSPB’s own Handbook of British Birds, with over a 1,000 superb colour illustrations by some of the world’s leading bird artists, maps and text written in non-technical language; or the RSPB’s Classic seed feeder with seed so they can help feed the birds in their garden.
All members also receive the RSPB’s BIRDS magazine four times a year – this beautiful magazine is like a gift in its own right – packed full of news about RSPB action and events, top-quality photographs, exclusive features and members’ news and views. It’s perfect for learning more about birds and other wildlife, finding out what the RSPB thinks and does and why, and keeping up-to-date with environmental issues.
Lastly, of course, all members get free entry to over 100 RSPB nature reserves across the UK. There’s something for everybody, from dramatic coastal cliffs to tranquil grasslands and inspiring hills and mountains – all wonderful places to see birds and other wildlife. With summer in the air, an RSPB nature reserve makes for a great day out – some have all you need for a family day out including tearooms, shops, events and children’s activities, whilst others have fewer facilities and offer quieter enjoyment.
