A break from the norm by James Engineering …  Designed by leading designer Dominic McCannon, these gates were commissioned by Wirral Borough Council to provide a stunning focal point for the park grounds. Using a number of drawings by local schoolchildren, these exceptional gates were created to break up the existing plain railings by injecting a piece of inspirational metalwork. The designs were then manufactured to the highest quality using cutting edge technology, bringing to life the children’s visions and turning them into reality. Green flowing designs exclusive to James Engineering …  Designed by one of the Northwest’s leading designers, these gates were created to meet our client’s individual vision. The gates were designed not only to act as a eye-catching feature but to also blend in and complement the existing greenery surrounding the property. The main aim of the project was to produce gates that were free-flowing in design and that enhanced the location using similar colours and shapes. Prestigious designs created by James Engineering …  Designed with our client in mind, the prestigious Mollington Golf Club, these gates were created to reflect the exclusivity of the business. The complex pattern was created to fit the excessive 8 metres wide space and to create an exceptional gateway leading to the club. To mirror the gates, the fencing structure was also created to maximise the prestigious impact for members to enjoy on their way to the club. The Manchester Ship Canal  This landmark sculpture was designed to mark the momentous regeneration of the Manchester Ship Canal. The sculpture brings together images of man and nature in an intricate piece of artwork for public display. The Skull  This intriguing piece of art is influenced by the ‘Ambassadors’ by Hans Holbein (1533) and has successfully been manufactured into an intricate piece of steel art. Designed by local artist Andrew Small, the original picture shows a distorted image of a skull, a symbol of mortality. When seen from a point to the right of the picture the distortion is corrected. “We wanted to create a piece of art that shows how traditional materials such as steel can be used to create distinguished pieces of art for people to enjoy.” The Stockport Security Panels  In an initiative to encourage young people to respect their housing estate, local designer Andy Small worked with James Engineering to interpret conceptual designs produced by the youth of Stockport. The panels successfully combine both security and style, creating a unique feature on the estate.
