As a company, Hambrooks have always strived to build the best gardens possible by having our own in house designers, using the highest quality materials and having skilled men to build them. Every garden is individually designed and many have won national awards.

After well over thirtyfive years in the landscape business, we have built thousands of gardens in Hampshire and the surrounding counties. Even so, we still value every single customer. Indeed many of our customers have been visiting our centre at Titchfield for almost as long as it has been open. It is there that you can find everything you need to help you in the garden and Hambrooks staff are as happy to advise you now, as they were thirty years ago.

Why have your garden professionally designed?

If you wish to develop your garden, or create a new one, you will have your own ideas of what features it will have. These may range in style, but factors often include low maintenance, year round interest and provision for children or animals. Of course, you will have an idea of the budget you would be prepared to spend to achieve your dreams, and whatever your budget, it must represent ‘value for money’.

The design process
As a Nationally recognised design and construction company, we at Hambrook Landscapes see the design process as the first step in the complete construction package. By working hand in hand with you, throughout every stage, we aim to produce a beautiful garden which fulfils your requirements.

At your first meeting with a member of our design team we will ask specific questions regarding the usage of the garden, along with any particular features you would like to see in the competed scheme and we will also require an estimated budget. We would ask that you consider these points carefully prior to our first meeting. Armed with this information we will be able to produce a meaningful and fully thought out design.

The next stage of the project is for our designers and yourself to discuss the proposed plan and budget. All quotations are fully itemised enabling you to ascertain the cost of individual items. Minor alterations can be made to the drawings and quotations without incurring additional design costs, providing the changes fall with the scope of the original brief.

When the design is finalised and you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the design, the next exciting stage is the construction and planting of your dream garden.

Hambrooks Landscape Construction
Your dream garden – now

Our highly skilled and experienced construction teams work in conjunction with the design team. Once the planning stage is complete, you will be introduced to the team leader who will be in charge of your construction and who will remain in regular contact with you throughout the building process.

Our teams are comprised of multiskilled tradesmen who carry out our garden commissions to the highest standards. Each is led by an experienced team leader and he in turn is guided by the designer. Your team leader will provide day to day control of construction matters, whilst the designer will be responsible for the entire job from start to finish. Any changes or additions are agreed and controlled by the designer as work proceeds. Your designer will be on hand to oversee the project – right up to completion.

The work will be started on an agreed date and will continue without interruption until complete (weather allowing). Each team is self contained and requires no support from yourself, so there is minimal disruption to your daily routine. Only top quality plants and construction materials are used throughout the project and this commitment to quality is backed by a minimum 12 months no quibble guarantee on all materials.

Aftercare
Hambrooks offer a maintenance service to fit your requirements and to help you look after your garden, particularly in the first two years. This service can range from simple grass care to a total maintenance programme.

Garden Maintenance Services

All aspects of garden & commercial ground maintenance undertaken by fully qualified Hambrooks personnel. We are fully insured, licenced for the spraying of chemicals, use of chainsaws and have expert knowledge of all garden maintenance issues. Click the options above for more information.

We have won National Awards from BALI to APL. These professional bodies exact a standard of work which was attained for regular domestic maintenance. The area covered is from Chichester to Bournemouth and from the south coast to Andover and the surrounding areas.

Trade and Wholesale Customers

Hambrooks Growing Concern (Southern) Limited (HGC) is the production and wholesale department within the Hambrooks group of businesses. The majority of plants, trees and shrubs used by our Landscape teams and sold in our Garden Centre are grown here. The nursery also incorporates a yard stocking all landscape products (decking, fencing, paving etc) for landscape needs. If you are in the landscape Industry or buy wholesale, then please come and visit our nursery at Curdridge. HGC also offer a delivery service to your property for all our landscape products.
