The Victorian Range
A house is not considered a home unless it has a garden and our Victorian range of glasshouses is designed to gracefully complement any garden big or small.

The Victorian era was renowned for its development and innovation, new ideas and discoveries, and constructing the Victorian glasshouse was a great celebration of this period and is still as popular today as it was over 150 years ago.
Our Victorian range of glasshouses provides plenty of space to house different species of plant life and in particular affords generous growing height for your tropical palms and exotic plants. Whether growing peppers, tomatoes or exotic fruits, our Victorian range of glasshouses affords the perfect environment to nurture from seedlings, provide barren environments for cacti and humid climates for exotic plants and prize winning orchids.
Providing a relaxing environment away from the everyday stresses of life, if our standard Victorian range doesn’t precisely meet your requirements then our team of highly skilled professionals is on hand to design and build a glasshouse that’s unique, individual and a statement of taste and style.
The range is sufficiently flexible to allow a variety of styles including orangeries, lean-tos or free standing and you can even adapt The Victorian to utilize pre-existing brick walls or foundations.
Constructed to the highest standards, the Cambridge Glasshouse glazing system has been proven over many years. Each sheet is firmly secured against a polymer seal, which, together with screening and thermal insulation, allows optimum growing temperatures to be maintained with surprisingly low heat input.
The Victorian range is constructed from maintenance-free, powder-coated aluminium, which retains its elegant good looks for decades. Standard colours include white and green, but a wide range of alternative colours are available.
The flexibility of the Victorian Range, combined with Cambridge Glasshouse’s experience of producing large structures such as Stapley Water Gardens and the Palm House at Kew, make us a natural choice for restoration work for public parks or private gardens.
