independent family business that has been established for over 30 years,
we pride ourselves in providing our customers with a personal service
both online & in our 10,000 sqft warehouse situated in
Sittingbourne, Kent.
During
the late 90s we recognised the enormous possibilities that the internet
would provide to supply customers nationwide. Since then we have gained
regular customers from across the United Kingdom and beyond.
We started trading from KC Carpet Warehouse in Sheerness High Street throughout the beginning of the millennium.
As
demand increased we expanded our ranges to offer one of the largest
selection of Artificial Grass available to buy online at value for money
prices. This lead to the launch of our new website expressgrass.com in
2008.
Eventually we out grew the Sheerness premises and moved to our current Sittingbourne warehouse in January 2013. This
allowed us to introduce automated cutting machines insuring that all
orders are measured, cut and wrapped accurately every time. The
machinery also allowed us to offer a collection "Cut While You Wait"
service and "Sameday Despatch" for online orders even during peak summer
months.
The extra warehouse space increased stock levels to
above the 100,000m2 level for the first time so that we never had to say
to our customers " Sorry we've sold out!".
