We are professionally trained to ensure that our clients get the very best out of their outdoor space – be it for a small designer garden, a front garden design, a contemporary garden design, a large traditional garden design for a country estate or even simply a planting plan for a flower garden design. Regardless of the scale of the project, we work closely with our clients, listening to their ideas, working with them and building on their initial ideas, to produce high quality visuals and plans – to help them visualise their new garden. Ultimately we deliver a highly personalised, quality garden design & build service that’s hassle free.

Our clients are very varied, they might be first time buyers who are just starting out, a family with a large county estate, or they might be a couple who are looking forward to their retirement – one thing they all have in common is that they need ‘someone’ to help them turn their existing garden into a space where they can either relax, play, enjoy or entertain in – or a combination of them all! That’s what we really love doing, turning our client’s dreams into reality, and having fun at the same time…………..
Aralia Who
Aralia Garden Design was formed by Patricia Fox in Spring 2004. Originally Pat trained as a Fashion Designer and later went on to establish her own company working with many of the top High Street Retailers including Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Asda – designing, developing and sourcing a wide range of products including Cosmetics, Skincare & Confectionery gifts.
In 2002 Pat decided that it was important to establish a better ‘quality of life’, one where she would have more time to spend with her husband and children, and also to work within an arena that somehow seemed more ‘worthwhile’ and less transient in nature. Pat decided to re-train as a Garden Designer and attended the prestigious Writtle College, just outside Chelsmford, where she studied at degree level in Landscape & Garden Design for 2 years.

Aralia Garden Design are based in Hatfield Heath, Essex but our services are available across most of Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and North London. We also have a satellite office based in the Hamble, Hampshire. We are happy to travel to clients up to a radius of approx 25 miles. For larger projects, or for Commerical projects, we are happy to travel further afield, please contact us in the first instance for an initial discussion.
